Ethan Hansen is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently working at BambooHR since October 2021, focusing on identifying and acquiring talent across multiple functions, including Sales and Operations. Prior to this role, Ethan served as an HR Manager - Recruitment in the United States Air Force from July 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for software engineering roles, as well as managing the recruitment process. Earlier experience includes serving as a Missionary for the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints from August 2015 to July 2017, where coordination of volunteer efforts and training were key responsibilities. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Utah.
