Currently serving as Head of HR at BambooHR since March 2022, Anita also acts as an advisor for High Alpha, contributing to the development of new B2B SaaS companies. Previously, Anita held the position of Chief People Officer at Pluralsight, where the focus was on democratizing professional technology training, and served as VP of Talent at Infusionsoft, ensuring the preservation of the company's culture during its growth phase. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Chief People Officer and Business Development at Jokake Companies.
