Dean F. Cikins, MBA, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic client management and business development. Currently serving as Strategic Client Director at Bamboo Health since June 2022, Cikins focuses on enabling whole person care through innovative interoperability solutions. As a Board Member for Care Ring since 2015, Cikins advocates for the uninsured and underinsured in Mecklenburg County. Previously, Cikins held senior leadership roles at Blackbaud, GE Healthcare, and Rockwell Automation, contributing to philanthropic growth, client relationship management, and service contract sales. Cikins is a former president of the Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives Group and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
