Victor Toledo is a Commercial Engineering graduated from University of Concepcion, Chile. He has vast experience in the banking industry, where he worked for 30 years mostly as CEO or Chairman.

Between 1983 and 2000 he assumed as CEO and CCO (Country Corporate Officer) of Citibank in different countries such as Chile, Belgium, France. Later on in 2000 he assumed as Executive President and Country Head of ABN AMRO in Chile and in 2008 became the Chairman of the Board at the ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND. He was designated by Chile’s President as Chairman of the Board at EFE, the railroad company for Chile in 2010.

He held a position as Senior Executive Director at Booz & Co. from 2013 to 2016.

During his long-lasting carrier Mr. Toledo has also served as Director in several private and public companies in Chile, as well as outside the country. Nowadays he works at ABAKO, company that he co-founded and is a Board Member at several companies such as BTG-Pactual, SUBUS and Redbanc. Last year Victor joined the Advisory Council of the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI) position where he works at sustainability and environmental conservation issues.
