Haim Madmon has worked in the technology industry since 1998, beginning their career as a Microsoft developer at Ztech Computers. In 2002, they moved to Pointmatch as a Project Manager. From 2006 to 2020, they were self-employed, working as a Product Leader and Data Scientist, and as V.P. of Products and C. Relations at Travelist Israel. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager at Bambi Dynamic since 2020.

Haim Madmon graduated from The Open University Israel in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
