Janet Mbago is a Business Development Manager at Bamba since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer success, business development, and client relations from previous roles at Sendy, where Janet held multiple positions from October 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Janet served as City Manager for On Demand Services at Jumia Group and as a Restaurant Partnerships Representative at Uber. Janet's early career includes an internship at the Central Depository & Settlement Corporation in 2014. Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Technical Trainers College.
