Trine Horneland Boilesen is an experienced executive in the field of Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as Konserndirektør People & Culture at BAMA Gruppen AS since October 2022. Prior roles include HR-direktør at Vy from May 2019 to October 2022 and various positions at Telenor between June 2011 and May 2019, including Head of HR Business Partnering and Sr. Advisor HR - Organisational Development. Trine's career in HR began at Hafslund ASA, where roles spanned from Director of Organisational Development to Manager of Training & Org. development from April 2001 to March 2009. Trine also held managerial positions at Viken Energinett AS and Oslo Energi AS earlier in the career. Trine holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Antwerp and a Siviløkonom degree in Economics from Aarhus University.
