Rebecca Altman RN, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Rebecca has held various senior leadership roles at LifeBridge Health, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center, and Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, providing consulting in population health strategies. As an adjunct professor at George Washington University, Rebecca teaches online courses on health policy analysis, focusing on U.S. healthcare reform. With a rich background in healthcare consulting, including roles at xG Health Solutions and Johns Hopkins Medicine International, Rebecca's expertise encompasses change management, physician leadership, and quality improvement in healthcare systems. Rebecca earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University and a BA in Finance, Accounting, and French from Franklin & Marshall College.
