Nikki McCarthy is a seasoned professional in health care informatics with extensive experience in nursing and implementation engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Implementation Engineering at the University of Maryland Medical System since July 2022, Nikki previously held key roles at Mercy Medical Center from December 2012 to July 2022, including Nursing Informatics System Specialist and Informatics Nurse Specialist. Responsibilities included collaborating on Epic implementation, managing clinical information systems, and developing training materials for clinical staff. Additionally, Nikki has a strong clinical background as a Clinical Nurse III, providing comprehensive care in oncology settings.
