Rob Carpenter is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prestigious firms. Currently serving as CEO and President of Baltimore Washington Financial Advisors since June 2012, Carpenter's previous positions include Regional Director-Mid Atlantic at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. and Regional Manager - Sr. Vice President at Wells Fargo. Notably, during tenure at Stifel Financial Corp., Carpenter received the Manager of the Year award in 2004 and the firm's National Award in 2005. Carpenter's earlier career features roles at BNY Mellon, where wealth management regions were managed, and Citi, where a new Private Banking program was implemented.
