Esteban Encina has extensive experience in event operations and guest services within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Game Day Guest Services and Hospitality Ambassador for the Baltimore Ravens and an Event Day Ticket Seller for Oak View Group at CFG Bank Arena, Esteban has also been involved with SAFE Management Maryland since 2018, providing staffing for various events including Baltimore Ravens games and other athletic events. Additionally, Esteban has contributed as a game-day DJ and announcer for the Baltimore Kings Semi-Pro Soccer Club and held internships with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and XFL DC Defenders. Previously, Esteban gained valuable experience with the Baltimore Orioles, earning the title of Ballpark Hero of the Month in May 2019 and Ballpark Hero of the Year in 2019. Esteban holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Electronic Media & Film-Radio/Audio Production from Towson University, complemented by early educational experiences at Howard Community College and Long Reach High School.
