Shannon Sullivan - Schweitzer serves as the Director of the Consent Decree Implementation Unit at the Baltimore Police Department since 2012, where responsibilities include leading activities related to the Department of Justice's civil rights investigation and managing the Community Oriented Policing Services Office Technical Assistance program. Previous roles at the Baltimore Police Department include Special Assistant and Policy Advisor, focusing on implementing strategic initiatives and managing critical projects, as well as Technical Writer, where Shannon produced essential policy documents. Prior to this, Shannon held various positions in public relations and crisis management, including Account Manager at Jefferson Communications and Legislative Correspondent at the U.S. House of Representatives. Shannon earned a B.A. from Goucher College and participated in a study abroad program through IES Abroad.
