Zoe R. is a data acquisition project manager at the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance-Jacob France Institute since January 2025. Prior to this role, Zoe served as a delivery manager and client relations manager at IdeaCrew from August 2023 to January 2025 and worked as a consultant for BJEP, contributing to grant evaluations and proposals. Previous experience includes a practicum at Health Care For All, where Zoe co-authored a report on partnerships in MassHealth’s Flexible Service Program, and a clinical research coordinator position at Massachusetts General Hospital, leading projects on Alzheimer's disease and mentoring students. Additional roles include internships and research positions at Rapid Flow Technologies, Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Institute, Smith College, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Smith College.
