Xu Liang is an experienced professional in the field of business analysis and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Asset Information & System Policy at Baltimore Gas and Electric since November 2019. Prior to this role, Xu held several key positions at Pepco Holdings from March 2018 to November 2019, including Credit Manager and Principal Business Analyst. Experience also includes roles at Radian from October 2013 to March 2018, where Xu worked as a Senior Analyst and Operations Business Analyst, and at UBS as an Operations Analyst from March 2012 to March 2013.
