Sharon Small serves as the Health and Safety Coordinator at Kennedy Services, where responsibilities include overseeing COVID testing and supporting health and safety procedures for the Baltimore City School System since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held various positions, including Customer Service Representative at Kennedy Services and Business Analyst at Susan Fitzgerald & Associates, where contributions were made to projects with the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority. Additionally, Sharon has experience as an ERP Functional Analyst and Information Technology Specialist, working with PeopleSoft applications and providing critical operational support across multiple organizations. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Finance and Business Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and attendance at the University of Maryland Global Campus for an M.S. in Management Information Systems and Services.
