Madelaine Pella Schwartz is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in ESOL instruction and curriculum development. Currently serving as an ESOL Restorative Instructor, 504 Chair, and K-12 Admin at Baltimore City Public Schools since April 2016, Madelaine additionally owns and operates Ccpella & Services, providing multilingual executive coaching and training solutions. With a career spanning over three decades, Madelaine has worked as an instructional facilitator and consultant, focusing on intercultural communications and education initiatives. Previous roles include ESOL faculty at Howard Community College and the University of Maryland Baltimore County, as well as international teaching positions in Peru and with the United Nations Development Program. Madelaine holds multiple degrees, including a postgraduate pathway in Secondary School Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Master’s in TESOL from the University of Maryland.
