Nikki Reed is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Transportation Coordinator at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development since March 2022. Previously, Nikki held the position of Director of the Program Management Office at Victory Health Care Services LLC from August 2018 to 2022. As the Owner/Operator of Vivacious Moments from January 2012 to May 2018, Nikki successfully planned and executed various events.
