Paul Marsiglia has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Americas Op-Ex Training and Learning Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company since April 2002. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles within the company, including Manager of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, Operations. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Valu Food from 1983 to 1999. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
