Mo Aldalou is an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting and scaling tech businesses. Currently serving as Program Director at Baltic Ventures and Project Consultant at Tech Climbers since April 2023, Mo focuses on accelerating early-stage tech companies and showcasing scaling businesses in the UK. Previously, in roles including Mid-Stage Scaling Lead and Senior Scaleup Engagement Manager at Tech Nation, Mo led initiatives for Series A tech scaleups and managed teams that supported startups across the UK. Additional roles include Knowledge Partner and Programme Manager at Exchange Enterprise City, membership on the Digital & Creative Board for the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership, and various journalism positions covering business and tech news. Mo holds an education from World Media Academy in Dubai, completed in 2013.
