Gwenael Le Goff is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg since August 2016, Gwenael plays a pivotal role in implementing the Group's HR strategy, supporting employee development, managing recruitment processes, and participating in various HR projects focused on employee engagement and satisfaction. Prior to that, Gwenael held managerial positions at KPMG Luxembourg from November 2008 to July 2016, overseeing performance management and personnel development. Gwenael also has experience as an HR Service Delivery Administrator at JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg and as an HR officer at Dexia-BIL. Gwenael holds a Master II degree in Administration, Economy & Social, HR from Universite de Lorraine.
