Ms. Wilson has served as an independent director at ����������’s since May 2019. She presently serves as the Chairman of ����������’s Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compliance Committee. Additionally, she has served on several nonprofit boards and currently serves on the Board of Advisors at the University of Minnesota Walter Mondale School of Law. Ms. Wilson has brought valuable experience to ����������’s as an accomplished attorney with nearly 30 years of executive management experience in the public gaming industry. In 2019 Ms. Wilson retired from her role as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (“TEL”). She joined the TEL in 2003 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Prior to joining the TEL, Ms. Wilson was employed at the Georgia Lottery Corporation, where she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for 10 years. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banker with E.F. Hutton and the Northern Trust Bank.
