Thomas A. Berman is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sportsbook Marketing Retention & Operations for Bally's Interactive since September 2023, Berman previously held multiple leadership roles at The New York Racing Association from February 2018 to September 2023, including Director of Marketing. Berman founded DraftingSleepers in July 2015, becoming a leader in the fantasy sports community by creating a platform that attracted over a million readers annually. Additional experience includes roles at Seeking Alpha, the New York Jets, and the National Hockey League. Berman holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Logistics from Syracuse University and an MBA in Marketing from St. John's University.
