Genevieve Searle is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at BallyCara since April 2022, after previously holding the roles of People and Culture Officer and People and Culture Coordinator at Edge Early Learning and Lady Gowrie QLD, respectively. With a strong background that includes experience as a Human Resource Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator, Genevieve has developed expertise in recruitment processes and organizational support.
