Louisa Richardson-Deppe has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Project Manager at BallotReady, an organization that helps U.S. voters exercise their right to vote. Louisa also held roles as a Project Manager and Electoral Fellow. From 2018-2020, they worked at the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners as an Election Coordinator. From 2017-2018, they worked at NowPow as a Senior Community Engagement Associate, Customer Success-Community Associate, and Sales and Customer Success Associate. From 2016-2017, they interned at LIFT, Inc. and from 2015-2016, they worked at Ex Libris Café as a Communications Coordinator and at Chicago Bound (University of Chicago Community Service Center) as a Program Coordinator.

Louisa Richardson-Deppe holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
