Melanie Bonadore has a diverse work experience in operations and facilities management. Melanie is currently working at Ballmer Group as the Director of Operations since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at Ballmer Group from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Ballmer Group, Melanie was a Facilities Manager at JLL, supporting Google, from January 2019 to July 2020. Melanie also worked as a Project Manager at Skanska from September 2017 to January 2019.

Melanie has also held positions as a Workplace and Facilities Director at Health Perspectives Group (HPG, LLC) from April 2017 to September 2017 and a Facilities Manager at JLL, supporting HBO, from November 2015 to April 2017.

Prior to these roles, Melanie worked as the Director of Facilities and Workplace Experience at POP from June 2010 to November 2015. Melanie also served as the Director of Operations at Cupcake Royale from October 2008 to April 2010, and as the Director of Operations at Grace's Kitchen from June 2006 to October 2007. Melanie'searlier career includes working as an Operations Manager at The Essential Baking Company from December 1996 to June 2006.

Melanie Bonadore attended the University of Puget Sound from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Melanie pursued a double major in Biology and English during their time at the university.
