Will Tracey is the Executive Chairman at Ballinger, a previous company they founded. Will has also held positions at ALFO Deeptech, Ballinger & Co., and Ori Biotech. Will was the Global Sales Director at Monex Europe from December 2006 to July 2019.

Will Tracey's educational career began at Berkhamsted School. Will then went on to study Sociology, Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. After completing their BA (Hons), they went on to study for an MA in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Middlesex University.
