Delaney Lambrix is currently a Sous Chef at Ballast Hospitality. Prior to this, Delaney worked as a Jr Sous Chef at Groundswell Cafe + Bakery where Delaney was responsible for pastry production and daily food prep. Delaney also gained experience as a Line Cook at Newport Restaurant Group, showcasing their culinary skills and leadership abilities. Delaney started their career as a Storeroom Attendant at Johnson & Wales University and has a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the same institution. Delaney's dedication to the culinary industry is evident through their solid work ethic and diverse experience in various roles.
