Giridharan PV has a diverse work experience in the field of powertrain systems engineering and multibody dynamics. Giridharan started their career at HINODE Technologies as a CAE Engineer in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Giridharan then joined Altair Engineering as a Senior Project Engineer in 2010 and worked until 2012. Later, they joined Daimler India Commercial Vehicles as the L6 Manager for CAE and Multi-body Dynamics in 2012 and worked until 2014. After that, they worked at Jaguar Land Rover UK through Affluent Technology as a CAE Engineer in Multibody Dynamics from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Ballard Motive Solutions as a Powertrain Systems Engineer, starting from 2021.

Giridharan PV attended Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a B Tech degree in Automobile Technology. Prior to their university education, Giridharan PV studied at Perks Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Coimbatore.

In terms of additional certifications, Giridharan PV obtained the MATLAB Onramp certification from MathWorks in January 2021.
