Tori Jones Bermond, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Franchise Development at Ballard Brands, a position held since January 2024, following a stint as the Director of Franchise Recruitment at Shipley Do-Nuts from May to December 2023. Previously, Tori held multiple roles at Ballard Brands from April 2018 to May 2023, including Franchise Development Manager and Franchise Development Coordinator, where responsibilities included development coordination for various food and beverage franchises, marketing, lead generation, and managing relationships with franchisors and brokers. Earlier experience includes an internship at LSU Sports Properties focusing on sponsorship sales and client services and a managerial role at KC's Grill. Tori graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
