Mandy Brookins, MA, MPA, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Rinker Center for Global Affairs at Ball State University since July 2024. Previously, Mandy held the position of Director of Programs and Training at The Forum on Education Abroad from April 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included developing professional development programming for educators and collaborating with institutions to create customized learning opportunities. Mandy's extensive experience in off-campus programs began at DePauw University, where functions included overseeing academic off-campus programs and serving as a Designated School Official, along with roles at Earlham College and Michigan State University focused on student recruitment and international education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in International Development from the O'Neill School, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Area Studies from Kalamazoo College, complemented by a Certificate of Completion in Japanese Studies from Nanzan University.
