Vladan Buha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and people operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Technical Training Program Development Lead BAP at Ball Corporation since September 2023, Vladan previously held significant roles such as Director of People Operations at HTEC Group, where leadership in establishing a comprehensive People Operations function supported rapid company growth from 600 to over 2,300 employees across ten countries. Additional experience includes directing Talent, Learning, and Development at Gazprom, overseeing commercial learning programs at Coca-Cola HBC, and managing various educational initiatives throughout a diverse array of organizations. Vladan holds several qualifications, including a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, and a degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.
