Rathinavel Rajan S has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Regional HR Head for Asia and the Mediterranean at Ball Corporation since October 2015. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Ingersoll Rand and Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Federal-Mogul India. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Saint-Gobain Gyproc India Limited, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Shasun, Forward Shoes (India) Pvt. Ltd, and Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. Rathinavel has advanced education credentials, including a PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Bachelor of Laws from Karnataka State Law University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Human Resources Management at SRM University, alongside several other relevant degrees in human resources management.
