Swapnil Vyas currently serves as Plant Head at BKT Tires since September 2023, previously holding the position of Deputy Plant Head. Prior to this, Vyas worked at Mayur Uniquoters Limited for over a decade, where roles included Senior General Manager Operations and Project (Plant Head) and General Manager Operations (Plant Head), focusing on manufacturing capability enhancement and project leadership. Vyas began a career in the automotive and tire manufacturing industry at Bridgestone India Pvt Ltd, progressing through various operational management roles from Assistant Manager to Deputy General Manager. Early experience includes a position as Manufacturing Engineer at Bridgestone ACC India Ltd., and as a Management Trainee for a Technology Transfer Project at Bridgestone Japan. Educational qualifications comprise an EMBA focused on Operations and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, along with additional degrees in Operations, Change Management, and Mechanical Engineering.
