Marice Mulvey MCInstCES is a seasoned quantity surveyor currently serving as Managing Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty plc since October 2020, following a role as Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior experience includes a tenure at Costain Group PLC from April 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved the London Bridge Station Redevelopment and as Quantity Surveyor for the C412 Bond Street Station project. Earlier roles include Assistant Quantity Surveyor during the London Bridge Station Redevelopment at Costain and Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Kier Group from June 2014 to April 2016. Marice began the professional journey as a Commercial/Finance Assistant at Cosmur Construction. Marice holds a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University, completed in 2018, and A-Levels from St James Catholic High School.
