Charles Donald has extensive experience in strategy, solution architecture, and business analysis, currently serving as Head of Strategy & Solutions at Balfour Beatty plc since June 2013. Previously, Charles held various roles at Balfour Beatty, including Head of Solutions & Application Strategy and Enterprise Data Architect. Prior to Balfour Beatty, Charles worked as a Consultant at Avanade, focusing on agile projects for major clients, and was a Lead Business Analyst at Logica - Consulting, managing public sector IT service programs. Charles began their career with an industrial placement at IBM and has a BSc Honours in Information Systems from the University of Leeds, alongside MBCS qualifications from the British Computer Society.
