Paul Kelley currently serves as a Project Executive at Balfour Beatty US, where experience spans over 15 years in the multifamily sector, advancing through various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this, Paul held positions as Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer in the Military Housing Division, overseeing significant projects such as the Navy Region Southeast Housing, valued at $380 million, which involved 1,103 units and included responsibilities for reporting job progress and managing financials. Previous experience also includes working as a Project Engineer at K&W Construction, where Paul managed bids and ongoing residential projects. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
