Starla Miller, ARM®, CDPM™, has extensive experience in privatized military housing, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Balfour Beatty Communities since November 2011, following roles as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Regional Property Manager, and Community Manager. Prior to this position, Starla held the title of Community Director at Hunt Military Communities for a brief period in 2011 and at Pinnacle from July 2007 to June 2011. The career began as Assistant Neighborhood Manager at Picerne Military Housing from September 2006 to July 2007. Starla's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University and certifications as an Accredited Residential Manager and Certified Defense Privatization Manager.
