Shawna Swanson, Vice president of Military Operations for Balfour Beatty Communities, has executive leadership responsibility for the delivery of property management services across the Army military housing portfolio comprising of over 18,000 homes.

With over 25 years of experience in residential property management, Ms. Swanson first joined the Company in 2010 as a community manager and has since served as a regional property manager and assistant vice president for the Army portfolio. Prior to her role at Balfour Beatty Communities, Shawna managed a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Midwest.
