Adela Tragaj is a Reporting & Controlling Specialist at BALFIN Group since March 2023, previously serving as a Specialist in the Budgeting and Planning Department at Tirana Bank from May 2021 to March 2023. Adela has significant experience in auditing, having worked as a Senior Audit Analyst and Audit Analyst at Deloitte from November 2018 to March 2021, where involvement in the Italian Project GFSI occurred. Earlier in the career, Adela completed an internship at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania in the accounting department in March 2018 and held an audit internship at Deloitte related to the same Italian Project GFSI. Adela holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Tirana, completed in 2018, and a bachelor's degree from the same university, achieved in 2016, following education at Sami Frasheri High School from 2010 to 2013.
