Mora Keller de Murguia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public finance and real estate. Currently serving as Public Finance Manager at Baldwin & Sons since 1992, Mora has successfully managed the development and delivery of parks within the Otay Ranch community. In addition, Mora has been a Real Estate Broker Associate at Allison James Estates and Homes since 2014, specializing in the South County residential market, particularly Chula Vista. Prior experience includes working as a Portfolio Management Assistant at Collins Development from 1990 to 1992, where Mora supported asset property managers in tenant management for commercial and industrial properties. Mora holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Minot State University.
