As Regional President, John Lyon manages the day-to-day operating responsibilities for the AHT region. In this role, John focuses on organic growth, partnership integrations operational excellence, and colleague experience across the region's operations.
Prior to joining AHT, John was the President and CEO of People's United Insurance Agency, a $35 million regional firm with ten offices in six states. Before that, he held roles at USI Insurance Services and Willis, where he worked for 21 years. At Willis, he was the Managing Partner of the New England Region, responsible for a $90 million operation across all lines of business with offices in six states.
