Danny joined Balderton in 2018 and was promoted to Head of Legal in 2022.

He advises on Baldertonā€™s investments and exits, and also works with Baldertonā€™s portfolio companies to navigate legal issues that may arise from start-up through to exit.

Prior to joining Balderton, Danny was a corporate associate at Silicon Valley-headquartered law firm Cooley in its London office. Prior to this, he was a corporate associate at another U.S. law firm in London and also spent time seconded in-house to a U.S. bank.

Danny has experience advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Venture Capital and M&A in the technology space. He gained his LLB Law degree at the University of Birmingham.
