Tyler Kuhach is an experienced IT Systems Analyst currently leading the IT department at Balance Staffing Company since February 2016, overseeing operations for 11 branch locations and approximately 150 employees while collaborating with executive leadership on strategic technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Water Conservation Intern at Santa Clara Valley Water District from August 2012 to January 2015, where significant contributions included creating programs to streamline data tracking and inventory management. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Roustabout at Ivanhoe Energy Inc. in June 2009, involved in the efficient and profitable decommissioning of a facility.
