Prior to joining Balance Point, Ms. Nolan was an audit manager at RSM US LLP in the financial services group where she was primarily responsible for auditing and reviewing financial statements for Private Equity firms and Hedge Funds ranging from $35 million - $9 billion assets under management. Ms. Nolan additionally regularly facilitated firm trainings and lead her local chapter of RSM’s Women’s Network. Ms. Nolan received her B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
