Karina Galvan-Torres has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the VP of Financial Coaching Operations at BALANCE. In this position, they had the responsibility of directing the programmatic and operational activities of the Financial Fitness Coaching and the Smart Money Coaching programs. Prior to this, Karina held the role of Senior Director of Operations at BALANCE, where they managed the departments and evaluated and improved systems for the Financial Fitness Counseling and Smart Money Coaching programs. Karina also has experience as a Director of Partner Relations and a Partner Relations Manager at BALANCE, as well as an Account Coordinator at the same company. Before joining BALANCE, Karina worked as a Senior Affiliate Coordinator at Property Sciences.

Karina Galvan-Torres obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Area Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from Saint Mary's College of California between 2008 and 2012.
