Gareth Parkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and compliance management. Currently serving as the Group HSE & Compliance Manager at BAKO Group since January 2023, Gareth oversees health and safety, environmental standards, and quality management across multiple UK sites. Previously, from November 2010 to January 2023, Gareth held the role of Head of Technical at G.H. Sheldon Wholesale Bakers Limited, achieving and maintaining BRC Grade AA+ Accreditation. Earlier roles include Process Leader and various positions at Premier Foods, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, production planning, and food safety. Additionally, Gareth has entrepreneurial experience through a web design business and holds a National Diploma in Computer Studies from Wigan & Leigh College.
