Todd Kegler is a distinguished attorney currently serving as a Partner in the Business Practice Group and Mergers and Acquisitions Team at BakerHostetler since March 2024. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business, tax, estate planning, and general business matters, Kegler advises clients on complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, investments, and joint ventures. Prior to this role, Kegler was a Director and Chairman of the Merger & Acquisitions Practice Group at Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter from July 1996 to March 2024, where significant expertise in Business, Tax & Securities, and Estate Planning & Probate was developed. Kegler began the legal career as an Associate at Moore & Van Allen from September 1994 to June 1996. Kegler holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from DePauw University.
