Roselyn Coleman MBA, JD, is an experienced professional in advisory management consulting with a focus on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and disruptive technologies at GLG since 2019. With a diverse background in legal and commercial management, Roselyn has expertise in due diligence, compliance, and corporate communications across multiple industries, including legal, capital markets, and technology. Additional roles have included serving on the Board of Trustees for Family Promise, Inc., and as Senior Counsel for M&A at Integrity Marketing Group LLC. Previous positions encompass leadership in integration management and technology governance at Oncor Electric Delivery, judicial clerkship under Honorable Judge Eric V. Moyé, and director roles in finance and corporate functions at Texas Health Resources and Caris Life Sciences. Roselyn’s education includes a Doctor of Law from the University of North Texas, an MBA from the University of Wyoming, and foundational studies in molecular biology and pre-medical courses from Yale University and the University of Wyoming.
