Ben Shapiro is an experienced legal professional with a focus on the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Baker Donelson since December 2012, Shapiro offers extensive legal services including contract reviews, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation of contract disputes, while also providing active advice throughout the construction process. Previously, Shapiro was a Senior Partner at Shapiro Fussell Wedge & Martin, LLP from October 1970 until December 2011. Shapiro holds a Juris Doctor from Emory Law School, where studies were completed between 1964 and 1967, and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, obtained in 1964. Additionally, training was completed at the Naval Justice School in 1969.
