Ryan Gerke is an experienced recruiter and entrepreneur with a diverse background in talent acquisition and business development. Currently serving as an Emerging Talent Recruiter at Baker Tilly US since October 2022, Ryan has also pursued entrepreneurial ventures through the Nextdoor app since August 2017. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Aveanna Healthcare, and various recruiting positions at Intuit, including Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Ryan's early career includes roles such as TR Specialist at Baird and Human Resources Office Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Central HR. Additionally, Ryan has accumulated experience in customer service as a waiter and package handler. Ryan holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
